当社独自の転写因子ベースの幹細胞分化法では、温度感受性のセンダイウイルスを使用し、ゲノムに転写因子を挿入することなく、高純度のニューロン集団を作製します。

Quick-Neuron™ Excitatory神経細胞は、典型的な神経突起の伸長を示し、TUBB3（汎神経系）やvGLUT1（グルタミン酸作動性）の神経細胞マーカーを発現しています。
