Quick-Neuron™ GABAergic - ヒトiPSC由来ニューロンは、典型的な神経突起の伸長を示し、TUBB3（汎神経系）、PVALBとGAD1/67（GABAergic）の神経細胞マーカーを発現しています。

ユーザーガイドの指示に従って解凍・維持した場合、このiPSC由来ニューロンは長期培養が可能であり、様々な特性評価や神経毒性アッセイに適しています。

Storage Conditions Frozen cells should be stored in liquid (vapor phase).
